Aravali Power Company Private Limited (APCPL) is a joint venture company with 50% share of NTPC Ltd, 25% of Haryana Power Generation Company Ltd (HPGCL, Haryana State company), and 25% of Indraprastha Power Generation Company Ltd (IPGCL, Delhi State company). The company was registered on 21st Dec 2006. APCPL has constructed a coal based power plant near Village Jharli, District- Jhajjar (Haryana) named Indira Gandhi Super Thermal Power Project (IGSTPP). Presently under Stage-I, power plant of 3x 500MW capacity is constructed, whose all 3 units are commissioned.

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma

Executive MM-AHP – 1A – Ash evacuation & handling System:

  • Full Time Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Production/ power engineering with not less than 65% marks for general category and pass marks for SC/ST candidates with minimum 3 years work experience. Preferred work Experience profile: Working Experience in mechanical maintenance/Ash handling plant/erection of Ash Handling Plant of 200MW or more in coal based thermal power plants.

Executive(M.M.-BMD) :

  • Pressure parts : Full Time Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Production/ power engineering with not less than 65% marks for general category and pass marks for SC/ST candidates with minimum 3 years work experience. Preferred work Experience profile: Working Experience in maintenance/overhauling or erection of Pressure parts related work for Boiler of 200MW or more in thermal power plants.
  • Rotary Parts and ESP: Full Time Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Production/ power engineering with not less than 65% marks for general category and pass marks for SC/ST candidates with minimum 3 years work experience. Or Full Time Diploma in Mechanical/Production/ power engineering with not less than 65% marks for general category and pass marks for SC/ST candidates with minimum 10 years work experience in relevant area with OEM* of ID / FD / Preferred work Experience profile: Experience in maintenance/overhauling or erection of Rotary Machines for Boilers of 200MW or more in thermal power plants.

Executive(MM-TMD/OffSite :

  • Turbine Maintenance: Full time Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Production/ power engineering with not less than 65% marks for general category and pass marks for SC/ST candidates with minimum 3 years work experience. Or Full time Diploma in Mechanical/Production/ power engineering with not less than 65% marks for general category and pass marks for SC/ST candidates with minimum 10 years work experience in relevant area with OEM* of 210MW and above Turbine as employee. Preferred work Experience profile: Experience of Maintenance/ overhauling and erection of Steam Turbines and auxiliaries at coal based Thermal Power Plants.

Executive-EMD :

  • Switchyard: Ful time Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering having not less than 65% marks for general category and pass marks for SC/ST candidates with minimum 3 years work experience. Or Full Time Diploma in Electrical engineering having not less than 65% marks for general category and pass marks for SC/ST candidates with minimum 10 years work experience in relevant area with OEM* of 132KV or above circuit Breaker / CT/ CVT as employee. Preferred work Experience profile: Experience of working in relevant areas of 132 KV and above Switchyard will be preferred.
  • Protection and automation system: Full Time Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering having not less than 65% marks for general category and pass marks for SC/ST candidates with minimum 3 years work experience. Or Full Time Diploma in Electrical engineering having not less than 65% marks for general category and pass marks for SC/ST candidates with minimum 10 years work experience in relevant area with OEM* of Numerical relays SAS, SCADA, PLCs as employee. Preferred work Experience profile: Experience of working in relevant areas of Numerical relays SAS, SCADA, PLCs in power plant/substations.
  • CHT_LT Switchgear: Full Time Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering having not less than 65% marks for general category and pass marks for SC/ST candidates with minimum 3 years work experience. Preferred work Experience profile: Experience of working in relevant areas of HT-LT switchgears for 200 MW or higher Power Generating companies.
  • Transformers: Full Time Bachelor’s Degree in electrical / power engineering having not less than 65% marks for general category and pass marks for SC/ST candidates with minimum 3 years work experience. Or Full Time Diploma in Electrical / power engineering having not less than 65% marks for general category and pass marks for SC/ST candidates with minimum 10 years work experience in relevant area with OEM* of 100 MVA, 220KV and above grade Transformers as employee. Preferred work Experience profile: Experience of working in relevant areas of Power Transformers.

Executive FM :

  • FM: Full Time Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Production/ power engineering having not less than 65% marks for general category and pass marks for SC/ST candidates with minimum 3 years work experience. Preferred work Experience profile: Experience in Operation & Maintenance of Material handling equipment’s (like Conv Belt, Coal Crusher, Wagon Tippler & side arm charger & Its hydraulic system, Stacker- Reclaimer etc.
  • MGR: Full Time Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Production/ power engineering having not less than 65% marks for general category and pass marks for SC/ST candidates with minimum 3 years work experience. Preferred work Experience profile: Experience in mechanical maintenance of Diesel locomotive, Rail track maintenance.

 Executive EEMG/MTP :

  • EEMG: Full Time Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical/Electrical /Production/ power engineering having not less than 65% marks for general category and pass marks for SC/ST candidates with minimum 3 years work experience. Preferred work Experience profile: Knowledge of Power Plant commercial aspects, Operation& Maintenance Practices, proficiency in MS Excel, Power point.
  • MTP : Full Time Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical/Electrical/Production/ power engineering having not less than 65% marks for general category and pass marks for SC/ST candidates with minimum 3 years work experience. Preferred work Experience profile: Knowledge of Power Plant Operation & Maintenance Practices, proficiency in MS Excel, Power point.

Executive Civil :

  • Civil : Full Time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil engineering having not less than 65% marks for general category and pass marks for SC/ST candidates with minimum 3 years work experience. Preferred work Experience profile: Civil construction and maintenance in power plant.

Upper Age Limit :

  • Engineers having bachelor’s degree (as mentioned above) with minimum 3 years’ post qualification experience: 35 years
  • Engineers having Diploma (as mentioned above) with minimum 10 years’ post qualification experience with OEM*: 54 years

Upper age limit is relaxed by:

  • 5 years for SC/ST
  • 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates
  • 10 years for PwBD – General, 13 years for PwBD-OBC and 15 years for PwBD-SC/ST Candidates
