- Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institution.
Assistant Commandant (Electrical) :
- Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or Institution.
Assistant Commandant (Water Wing) :
- Bachelor‘s Degree in Marine Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Automobile Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University.
Age Limit :
- Assistant Commandant (Works) – Below 35 Years
- Assistant Commandant (Electrical) – Below 35 Years
- Assistant Commandant (Water Wing) – 22–28 Years
