Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology is a government-aided institute and deemed university for the study and research of space science, located at Valiamala, Nedumangad, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. It is the first university in Asia to be solely dedicated to the study and research of Outer space.

IIST Recruitment:

Job Role: Junior Research Fellow

Qualification: M.E/M.Tech/M.S/ M.Sc

Salary: Rs. 31,000/Month

Detailed Eligibility:

Junior Research Fellow:

• M.Sc / M.Tech in Meteorology or Atmospheric Science or Earth System Science or M.Sc in Physics or equivalent areas. OR M.Tech in any discipline with GATE score. OR M.Tech in any discipline with GATE score.

Age Limit : Below 35 years.

Total Vacancies: 

• JRF – 04 Posts

Salary details:

• JRF- Rs. 31,000/- + HRA

IIST Recruitment Selection Process:

• Only short listed candidates will be called for written test/interview as the case may be. Candidates possessing advertised qualification, skill, experience etc., alone will be allowed to attend the written test/interview.
