Job Role: Officer Trainee/Hindi Translator
Qualification: MBA/MSW/Master Degree
Salary: Rs..20,000-25,000/-

Educational Qualification:
Officer Trainee for Material Management:
- Graduate with full time MBA in any specialization with minimum 65% marks from a recognized University / Institution. Should have minimum 01 year experience broadly in any of the following areas; Good understanding of supply chain procedures. Knowledge of market research. Preparation of purchase enquiries and uploading of web based enquiries. Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery. Evaluation of offers of vendors and preparation of cost analysis. Upkeeping of records of invoices and contracts.
Officer Trainee for HR Department:
- Graduate with full time MBA/MSW or Equivalent with HR/IR specialization from a recognized University/Management Institution with minimum 65% marks. Should have minimum 01 year experience.
Officer Trainee for Mineral Exploration Department:
- Graduate with full time MBA in any specialization with minimum 65% marks from a recognized University / Institution. Should have minimum 01 year experience.
Hindi Translator:
- Master’s degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; or Master’s degree of a recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; or Master’s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of a examination at the degree level; or
- Master’s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; or Master’s Degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at degree level. and Recognized Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English & vice versa.

- The selection process will be based on Computer Test for Officer Trainee post [MS office], Computer Test [MS Office] and Translation Test for Hindi Translator post (English to Hindi and Vice Versa). Personal Interview [Those who qualify in the test will only be allowed to appear for interview].
