Educational Qualification:
Registrar:
- Masters’ degree with at least 55% Marks or its equivalent grade ‘B’ in the UGC 7 point scale from a recognized University/ Institute.
- Experience: Holding analogous post or At least 15 years experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP or Comparable experience in research establishment and /or other institutions of higher education, or 15 years of administrative experience.
Deputy Registrar:
- Master’s degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or its equivalent Grade in the CGPA/ UGC point scale with a good academic record from a recognized University/ Institute.
- Experience: 9 years’ experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP or Comparable experience in research establishment and/ or other institutions of higher education, or 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar
Assistant Registrar:
- Master’s degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or its equivalent Grade in the CGPA/ UGC point scale with a good academic record from a recognized University/ Institute. OR Employees serving as Superintendent (SG-I)/ Private Secretary (NFG) in PB-2, GP of Rs.5400/- with at least two years regular service or Superintendent (SG-II)/ Private Secretary (NFG) in PB-2 GP of Rs.4800/- with at least five years regular service with a Master’s degree
Librarian:
- Master’s Degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ Documentation with a CGPA of 6.5 in 10 points scale or at least 60% marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC seven-point scale and a consistently good academic record set out in these Regulations.
- Experience: Holding analogous post or At least ten years experience as a Deputy Librarian in the library of technical University, an educational institute of national importance or Experience (supported with evidence) of innovative Library service and commitment for computerization of library
Medical Officer:
- MBBS Degree or equivalent qualification included in any one of the Schedules to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956) and must be registered in a State Medical Register or Indian Medical Register
Hindi Officer:
- Master’s degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR Master’s degree of a recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR Master’s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR
- Master’s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of examination at the degree level; OR Master’s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at the degree level
- Three years’ experience of using/applying terminology (terminological work) in Hindi and translation work from English to Hindi or vice-versa, preferably of technical or scientific literature under Central / State Governments / Autonomous Body / Statutory Organizations / PSUs / Universities or recognized research or educational institutions. OR Three years experience of teaching in Hindi and English or research in Hindi or English under Central / State Governments / Autonomous Body / Statutory Organizations /PSUs / Universities or recognized research or educational institutions.
Superintendent:
- First Class Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent from a recognized University or Institute in any discipline OR Master’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or Institute with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade Knowledge of Computer applications viz., Word processing, Spread Sheet.
Junior Hindi Translator:
- Master’s degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR Master’s degree of a recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level OR Master’s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of an examination at the degree level; OR
- Master’s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of an examination at the degree level OR Master’s Degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at degree level
- AND Recognized Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English & vice versa or two years’ experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central or State Government office, including Government of India Undertaking
Technical Assistant:
- First Class or equivalent Grade in B.E./ B.Tech./ MCA in relevant subject from a recognized University/ Institute OR First Class Diploma in Engineering in relevant field with an excellent academic record OR First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Science from a recognized University or Institute OR Master’s Degree in Science from a recognized University or Institute with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade
SAS Assistant:
- First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education from a recognized University or Institution. Strong record of participation in sports and drama/ music/ films/ painting/ Photography/ journalism event management or another student/ event management activities during college/ university studies.
Junior Engineer:
- First Class B.E./ B.Tech. in Civil/ Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or Institute OR First Class Diploma in Civil/ Electrical Engineering with an excellent academic record
Senior Assistant:
- Senior Secondary (10+2) from a recognized board with a minimum Typing speed of 35 wpm. and proficiency in Computer Word Processing and Spread Sheet.
