National Productivity Council of India (NPC), established in the year 1958, is an autonomous organization under Department for Promotion of Industry & Internal Trade, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. Besides undertaking research in the area of productivity, NPC has been providing consultancy and training services in areas of Industrial Engineering, Agri-Business, Economic Services, Quality Management, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Technology Management, Energy Management, Environmental Management etc., to the Government and Public & Private sector organizations.

Qualification: Any Degree/12th

Salary: Rs.25000 – 75000/month

Educational Qualification:

Support Executive:

  • Class 12 pass

Office Executive:

  • Graduate in any discipline from a government recognized university/institution

Technical Executive (V – 3) :

  • Graduate in any discipline from a government recognized university/institution.

Legal Executive :

  • Graduate in law from a government recognized \university/institution.

Consultant (Private Secretary) :

  • Graduate from a government recognized university / institution

Sr. Consultant:

M.Com/MBA Finance (Post-graduation) from a government recognized university/institution/CA)

Senior Executive (Q-2) :

  • Graduate (B.com) from a government recognized university / institution

Accounts Executive (CA Intern) :

  • Graduate (B.com) from a government recognized university/ institution

Senior Executive (M-1):

  • Post Graduation Diploma in Industrial Safety Management

Technical Executive (M – 2):

  • Graduation in Engineering, BE/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Project Executive (M – 3):

  • Graduate from a recognized university/institution preferably bachelor’s in commerce stream

Project Executive (P – 1):

  • BE/ B.Tech in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering

Technical Executive (P-2):

  • BE/ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Senior Consultant (R-4)/Others:

  • Graduate in any discipline from a Government recognised University/Institution

Technical Executive (K-1):

  • BE/ B.Tech/ M.Tech, M.Sc in CS/ IT/ ECE, MCA, DOEACC.

Experience Details

  • Office Executive: 3 years of working experience in administration
  • Technical Executive: 5 years of working experience in the electrical field.
  • Legal Executive: 1 year of working experience in handling legal matters.
  • Sr. Consultant (Q1): 20 years and above
  • Sr. Consultant (Q2):01 Sr. Executive: Requirement: 03 years, 01 Sr. Executive Requirement: 05 years
  • Accounts Executive (CA Intern): Q3: 5 years, Q4: 3 Years
  • Senior Executive (M1): 5 years of professional experience in environmental management.
  • Technical Executive: 3 years of professional experience in civil/environment management.
  • Project Executive (M3): 3 years of professional experience in data management in consultancy assignments.
  • Project Executive (P1): 2 (Two) years of professional experience in Energy Audit,
    Handling various Energy Audits instruments.
  • Technical Executive (P2): 5 (Five) years of professional experience in Energy Audit assignments, Water audits as per CGWA guidelines, Energy efficiency policy projects etc.
  • Project Executive (R1): 1 year of experience in the analysis of data, compilation, report preparation, handling of data analysis software, and tools; managing customer/ client service, call/ feedback management, etc.
  • Project Executive (R2): 3 years of relevant experience in the area of data analysis & compilation, co-ordination with State Government departments
  • Project Executive (R -3): 3 years of relevant experience in the area of data analysis & compilation, coordination with State Government departments.
  • Senior Consultant (R-4): 13 years and above relevant experience in the area of statistical analysis of microdata.
  • Project Executive (R -5): 2 years of relevant experience in the area of documentation and implementation of QMS/ IMS Systems.
  • Office Executive:  2 years of relevant experience in Noting/ Drafting, MS Office, office station, coordination, etc.
    Project Executive (O-1): 3 years of working experience.
  • Accounts Executive (J-1): 3 years of working experience with Tally software.
  • Technical Executive (K-1): Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Senior Consultant (A-1):13 Years of relevant experience.
  • Project Executive (A-2)Minimum 1 yrs. of experience working in manpower study.
