Job Role: Assistant Officer (Admin.)/Deputy Officer/Assistant Manager

Qualification: Any Degree

Salary: Rs.30,000- 1,80,000/-

Detailed Eligibility:

Educational Qualification:

Assistant Officer (Admin.) / E0 :

  • Graduate in any Stream and minimum one year diploma in HR/Admin from any recognized institute/University. (Min. 55% marks in Graduation and diploma) Graduation and diploma through distance mode shall also be allowed. Experience: Minimum four years of experience at supervisory level or equivalent in areas of general administration, Gem procurement etc., in a reputed organization, including minimum 2 years of experience in Central Govt./ State Govt. / PSU/ Public Sector Banks/ Autonomous bodies.

Deputy Officer (Estate & Building management) (civil/electrical) / E1 :

  • Any candidate with minimum three years specialization in Civil/Electrical Engineering, and also a graduate from any recognized institute/University. (Min. 55% marks in Graduation and diploma) Graduation and diploma through distance mode shall also be allowed. Experience: Minimum five years of experience at supervisory level or equivalent in various aspects (execution/planning/contract/tendering/oth er) of handling construction and/or maintenance of multistory building and other services in a reputed organization, including minimum 2 years of experience in Central Govt./ State Govt. / PSU/ Public Sector Banks/ Autonomous bodies.

Assistant Manager (Infrastructure Management)/ (E3 ) :

  • B.E./B.Tech. in CS/IT OR MCA/PGDCA Qualifications should be full time with minimum 60% marks in graduation & postgraduation level, as applicable. Experience: Minimum one year post qualification full time hands-on working experience at Executive level. Skill Set & Expertise: a) Virtualization based technologies (VMware/ Virtual Box/ Hyper-V etc.) b) Linux/ Unix / Windows Server Administration c) Any one Certification: ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) / MCSE (Microsoft Certified System Engineer)/ RHEL (Redhat Enterprise Linux Certification)/ CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) / CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional)/ VCP (VMware Certified Professional)/ VCDX (VMware certified Design expert)

Assistant Manager (Application Development)/ E3 :

  • B.E./B.Tech. in CS/IT OR MCA/PGDCA Qualifications should be full time with minimum 60% marks in graduation & post graduation level, as applicable. Experience: Minimum one year post qualification full time hands-on working experience at Executive level. Skill Set & Expertise: Experience in application development using ASP.NET, C# with exposure in HTML5, CSS3 using MSSQL Server/ Oracle RDBMS.

Assistant Manager (Finance/Commercial )- E3 :

  • CA/CMA and graduation in any stream OR B.Com. or B.Tech (Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation & Control/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Industrial/ Production/ Power/ Energy or any combination of these specializations) & 2-year MBA/ PGP/ PGDM/ PGDBM/ PGDBA course with specialization in Finance” Minimum 60% marks in graduation (Fulltime/Part time/Distance mode) for CA/CMA candidates. For management post graduates, B.Com./ B.Tech. and PG course should be full time with minimum 60% marks at each level Experience: Minimum one year post-qualification experience in a reputed NBFC/Bank/FI/Power Company. Areas of experience should broadly cover Funds mobilization, Loan sanctions/ Disbursements, Recovery, Risk Management, Entity appraisal, Project reports, Project monitoring & Project Financing etc

Assistant Manager( Projects)- E3 :

  • B.E. / B.Tech. (Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation & Control/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Industrial/ Production/ Power/ Energy or any combination of these specializations) AND 2-year MBA/ PGP/ PGDM/ PGDBM/ PGDBA course with specialization in Finance/ Power B.E./B.Tech. and MBA should be full time with minimum 60% marks at each level. Experience: Minimum one year post-qualification experience in a reputed NBFC/Bank/FI/Power Company. Areas of experience should broadly cover Generation/Transmission/Distribution/ Project Planning, Project appraisal & Project Monitoring etc.
