Educational Qualification:
Senior Scientist (Bioinformatics/IT) :
- PhD with minimum of nine (09) years of experience, or MTech in CS/IT/ E&C/Bioinformatics/Computational
Biology/Data Science with minimum of twelve (12) years of experience, in an academic setting/industry in the area of bioinformatics/ computational biology/data science, out of which 3 years must be in scientific/technical, program/ project leadership role.
Research Consultant:
- PhD with minimum of nine (09) years of experience, or MTech in CS/IT/E&C/Bioinformatics/ Computational Biology/Data Science with minimum of twelve (12) years of experience, or BTech in CS/IT/E&C/ Bioinformatics/Computational Biology/Data Science or MCA with minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in an academic setting/ industry in the area of bioinformatics/computational biology /data science, out of which 3 years must be in scientific/technical program/ project leadership role.
Database Manager:
- PhD with three (03) years of experience, or MTech in CS/IT/E&C/Bioinformatics/ Computational Biology/Data Science with eight (08) years of experience in an academic setting/industry in design/implementation of modern database technologies, HPC and parallel computing, cloud computing etc.
Scientist:
- PhD with 3 years of experience, or MTech (in any branch of engineering/science) with 6 years of experience in an academic setting/ industry in the area of bioinformatics /computational biology/data science, genomics/proteomics /metabolomics, structural biology, biodiversity etc.
Database Engineer/ Software Developer:
- MTech (in any branch of engineering/ science) with five (05) years of experience, or BTech /MSc in any branch of engineering/science or MCA with eight (08) years of experience in database/software design/development and programming skills relating to modern database technologies, HPC and parallel computing, cloud computing etc. in IT industry or academic setup.
Data Curator:
- MTech in CS/IT/E&C/Bioinformatics/ Computational Biology/Data Science with four (04) years of experience, or MCA/BTech in CS/IT/E&C/Bioinformatics/Computational Biology/ Data Science, or MSc (Biological Sciences) with six (06) years of experience in the area of bioinformatics/computational biology /data science, genomics/ proteomics /metabolomics, structural biology, biodiversity etc.
System Administrator:
- MTech (CS/IT/E&C) with five (05) years of experience, or BTech /MSc in CS/IT/E&C or MCA with eight (08) years of experience in managing and maintaining a large data center or similar infrastructure. Extensive experience in LINUX environment, experience and knowledge about parallel/distributed computing environments, workload management software in HPC clusters and SMP machines, latest HPC cluster management tools, tools for measuring performance of parallel applications in HPC setup and very good knowledge of state-of-the-art CPU/GPU servers for HPC environment is essential.
Storage Administrator:
- MTech (CS/IT/E&C) with five (05) years of experience, or BTech /MSc in CS/IT/E&C or MCA with eight (08) years of experience in managing and maintaining the state-of-the-art Storage technologies (SAN/NAS).
Network Administrator:
- MTech (CS/IT/E&C) with five (05) years of experience, or BTech /MSc in CS/IT/E&C or MCA with eight (08) years of experience in managing/ troubleshooting LAN/WAN and TCP/IP issues, managing large multilayered LAN infrastructure (wired/wireless campus wide LAN), management of hardware/ software firewalls and maintaining Network Infrastructure in data centers/ HPC clusters.
Senior Programmer :
- MTech in CS/IT/E&C with five (05) years of experience, or BTech/MSc in CS/IT/E&C or MCA with eight (08) years of experience in CUDA programming, in addition to proficiency in a widely used programming language like C++, JAVA, PERL, Python, JSP, SQL etc. Experience in Data as a Service and Continuous Analytics as a Service, leveraging Artificial Intelligence and advanced analytics.
Administrative Officer:
- Graduate with five (05) years of experience in office administration and finance, understanding of HR and finance rules of the GOI is desirable.
Programmer:
- BTech/MSc in CS/IT/E&C or MCA with four (04) years of experience in programming languages like C++,JAVA, PERL, Python, JSP, SQL, GPU programming, Parallel programming and providing data services.
Technical Assistant-A:
- BTech/MSc in CS/IT/E&C or MCA with three (03) years of experience in hardware/ network management.
Technical Assistant:
- A first class graduate in Life Sciences. Relevant hands-on experience and having thorough knowledge of minimum of 3 years of scientific and technical equipment used in high end biomedical science labs in a reputed scientific organization.
Grants Adviser:
- First class Post-Graduate degree in any area of science. Experience of a minimum of 5 years of coordination and program management in the government, university, research institution, other organizations of repute. Must have adequate IT skills and aptitude for financial management.
Senior Accounts Assistant:
- B. Com/BBA/CA/ICWA degree with 5 years’ experience in accounts and finance in a reputed organization. Must have adequate IT skills and knowledge of Govt. Financial Rules.
