The Singareni Collieries Company Limited SCCL is Public sector undertaking coal mining company by Government of India. It was founded in 1920. The Hyderabad (Deccan) Company Limited incorporated in England acquired mining rights in 1886 to exploit coal found in Yellandu area. The present Company was incorporated on 23rd December 1920 under the Hyderabad Companies Act as a public limited company with the name ‘The Singareni Collieries Company Limited’ (SCCL).SCCL is currently operating 16 opencast and 32 underground mines in 4 districts of Telangana. Singareni collieries have established a thermal power plant of 1,200 MW in Jaipur.

Job Role: Junior Assistant

Qualification: Bachelor Degree/Diploma

Salary: Rs.29460 – 34391/-

Detailed Eligibility:

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized University and 6 months certificate or Diploma or Degree Course in Computer Applications /Information Technology from the Institute Recognized by Government for those who have not studied computer/information technology as one of the subjects in their Bachelor Degree.

Age Limit:

• For General – 30 years

Upper age is relexable by:

• 5 Years age relaxation will be allowed to SC,ST,BC candidates

Salary:

• Grade-II– Rs.29460.30/-
• Grade-I– Rs.31852.56/-
• Special Grade – Rs.34391.65/-

SCCL Recruitment Selection Process:

• Selection will be done through OMR based written test only. 120 (One Hundred and Twenty) Multiple Choice Questions each question carrying 1 mark will be framed from the prescribed syllabus as notified in the website. Further, one-fourth (1/4th) mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.

Minimum Qualifying Marks:

• 30% for OCs/EWS/PWD
• 25% for BCs
• 15% for SC/ST
